She was in Dubai to celebrate the start of construction of the Palazzo Versace Hotel and Condominiums. Also present was Dr Santo Versace, president of the House of Versace. The hotel, expected to open in 2009, is being built on Dubai Creek, and will host 215 suites, restaurants, and a day spa.
