United Hospitality Management has appointed Shadi Refai as Cluster General Manager for Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait, Vignette Collection by IHG, and a soon-to-open second hotel in Kuwait City. He brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience and joins from Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
