Golden Tulip to make its debut in Algeria

THE Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts is expanding its portfolio into Algeria with the signing of its first property in Skikda named Golden Tulip Arc En Ciel  Skikda.

The Golden Tulip brand is part of Louvre Hotel that comprises seven prestigious hospitality brands and occupies second place in Europe and eighth worldwide.

With more than 1,000 hotels in 40 countries and 55 hotels across the Mena, Golden Tulip, with its Mena president Dr Amine Moukarzel, is planning to expand even more in 2012 and to operate in many regions offering multiple possibilities for development in this region.

The five-star hotel is located in the Wilaya of Skikda. Scheduled to open end-2012, it has 241 rooms and suites with direct access to the beach. The hotel will offer an all day dining, a gastronomic restaurant, a sports bar, a loft lounge and a pool and snack bar. The Golden Tulip Arc En Ciel Skikda will boost a number of quality business facilities including meeting rooms and ballrooms with a maximum capacity of 500 with modern functions to accommodate all meetings and events.
