Formula One fans are in for a real treat, once again! Gulf Air Holidays, the tour operating division of Gulf Air, has drawn up a range of exciting one-day packages for the upcoming Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2006, including a chance to win the ultimate off-road driving experience.
Renowned for its value-for-money holidays, Gulf Air Holiday’s one-day packages include return flights, meet and greet services at Bahrain International Airport, return transfers to Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) by seat in coach with towelettes and mineral water, a ticket in the grandstand of your choice for the main race and a Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix souvenir pack.
The race will take place on Sunday, March 12, making this the first race of the 2006 F1 season. “This is the third year in a row we will be handling the race as a tour operator and we are confident of a bumper season,” said vice-president, business units, Ali Murtada. “We are proud to sponsor the first race of the season in 2006 and hope that Bahrain will set a high standard for the rest of the F1 calendar. Fans should waste no time in making their bookings with us.”
These packages are now on sale in Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE and can be made through the Gulf Air Worldwide Call Centre, Gulf Air offices and travel agents. Fans who book and pay before January 31 will be entered into a prize draw to win the chance for themselves and two friends to experience off-road driving in a Hummer H2 at Adventure Drive Arabia’s off road training ground at the award-winning BIC.
