Thai Kitchen … authentic cuisine

World-class cuisines, stylish décor and spectacular views characterise the restaurants and bars in the recently opened Park Hyatt Dubai, the city centre luxury retreat.

Superbly located on the banks of the Dubai Creek, Park Hyatt Dubai offers the finest in Western, Eastern and Middle Eastern cuisine. With floor-to-ceiling windows, wood fired ovens and theatre kitchens, Park Hyatt brings excitement and style to dining, both indoor and al fresco.
Pablo E Graf, general manager, Park Hyatt Dubai, said; “The cuisine at Park Hyatt Dubai is truly authentic, presented with flair and creativity in exquisite settings.  We have worked with world-renowned architects and designers to create these stylish venues, and put enormous effort into selecting the best indigenous chefs to produce authentic and tantalizing dishes.”
Café Arabesque¸ a restaurant which celebrates the culinary delights of the Levantine region, is influenced by the flavours of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. The open bakery and the two wood-burning ovens further enhance the experience by capturing traditional aromatic flavours. The Thai Kitchen, with authentic cuisine prepared by native chefs, has four live working kitchens – one each for wok, grill, steam and noodles, as well as a kitchen preparing traditional Thai desserts. Traiteur presents modern European cuisine in striking architecture. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions Chefs ‘on stage’; Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. With floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for views of the Dubai Creek, The Terrace, is a perfect venue to relax and enjoy the sunset over the water. The Terrace is separated into three areas; the indoor bar, canopy covered terrace and outdoor boardwalk set amidst abundant palm trees.  The Lounge is situated in the heart of the hotel and has large windows overlooking the Creek. Finally, the signature chic pastry boutique, Pistache, completes the experience at Park Hyatt Dubai.
