Robert Zogbi has been appointed general manager of the two InterContinental hotels and the Holiday Inn Resort property managed by Six Continents Hotels in Egypt's second city, Alexandria.
Zogbi takes charge at the InterContinental Windsor Palace Alexandria and the InterContinental Le Metropole Alexandria as well as the Holiday Inn Resort Alexandria. Also in Egypt, Edward Chaaya has been appointed general manager of the Holiday Inn Resort Safaga Palace. Sayed Hassan has returned to Oman as general manager of the Holiday Inn Salalah. He was formerly executive assistant manager of the Crowne Plaza Jeddah, and also while in Saudi held the position of F&B consultant for the InterContinental hotels akkah and Al Madinah.
