Fun staycations offer ways to beat the heat

A perfect summer break at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal

Summer is here with its attractive deals and packages across hotel chains and boutique properties in the Middle East.

“As we approach the halfway point of the year, many travellers want to get away for a short respite in search for sunny destinations during the season or looking for a change of scenery as they plan a long holiday or to explore a dream holiday,” says Rudi Jagersbacher, area president, operations Middle East & Africa, Hilton Worldwide. “This is an opportunity to plan often, visit friends and family, extend a business trip, explore a new cultural site or just get away from one’s daily routine.”

Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi, president and CEO, Millennium and Copthorne Middle East, agrees: “The GCC leisure market is one of our fastest growing guest segments and in the summer months, business trips are largely replaced by leisure travel, particularly for families, and this campaign is designed to cater for their leisure requirements while still providing hugely competitive room rates.”

Instead of following the traditional model of a discounted one-size-fits-all rate offer for the long summer period, some brands have created a tailor-made programmes that will benefit leisure, family and business travellers alike. This allows them to optimise their yield management strategy for the season with flexible
 pricing options.

TTN makes it easy for you by bringing all the attractive offers available to grab this season.
