In keeping with the group-wide Shangri-La tradition, the Horizon Club at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi is based on the “hotel within a hotel” concept with the primary objective of catering to the special needs of frequent business travellers and leisure guests seeking a higher standard of personalised services.
The 24 Horizon Club rooms at the dedicated fifth and sixth floors and all the 26 suites in the hotel, including the two Presidential Suites, feature 40-inch LED televisions, iPod docking stations, valet stands, daily replenishment of Chinese tea and fresh fruits, one complimentary suit pressing per stay and 24-hour IT butler service.
Guests staying in the Horizon Club rooms can also take advantage of the hotel’s meet and greet facility at the airport. Other privileges include personalised in-room check-in; access to the exclusive Horizon Club Lounge with personalised Concierge services; state-of-the-art boardroom; complimentary wi-fi and use of laptops; complimentary food and beverage with daily buffet breakfast from 6am to 11am, afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm and evening canapés and cocktails from 6pm to 8pm.
In-room dining breakfast and high tea are available for families due to the no-child policy in the lounge. Guests are offered personalised in-room checkout with late checkout privileges up to 6pm.
The hotel’s Golden Circle Diamond guests will also enjoy the Horizon Club benefits.
