More than 1,500 delegates attended Travel Counsellors’ global annual conference, held at the ACC Liverpool, UK from November 7–9 under the theme ‘Your Story, Our Journey’.
The event brought together the company’s global community of
franchisees, partners, suppliers and support team colleagues for three days of
learning, celebration and connection.
They were joined in Liverpool by delegates from Travel
Counsellors UAE including General Manager, Holly McCann.
The programme showcased how Travel Counsellors can use the
company’s platform—including new investments in AI and technology—to elevate
storytelling, inspire customers, and build stronger long-term relationships.
Friday featured a full day of networking and interactive
sessions, with over 200 Travel Counsellors joining each workshop. Topics
included ‘Double Your Business’, ‘Daily AI Habits’ and ‘Supercharge Socials’.
Delegates later came together for the Friday Night Live themed welcome dinner,
which featured street food, entertainment, and social activities.
Saturday formed the heart of the main conference agenda,
with an exceptional array of both external and internal speakers who spoke on
the power of human connection through travel and the companies vision for the
future.
The day concluded with a gala dinner, live entertainment and
the company’s annual awards ceremony celebrating outstanding achievements
across the community with Stephen Kumar picking up the award for Top Travel
Counsellor UAE.
On Sunday, further sessions provided insights and practical
guidance to support business growth and development, rounding off the three-day
event.
Holly McCann, General Manager UAE, said: “Our global annual conference is always
one of the most important moments in our calendar, and this year was no
