The TBO Travel Business Show expanded its footprint in 2025 with a new two-city format that included Doha and Dubai. The Doha event concluded on September 15, and the Dubai event concluded on September 17,2025. This expansion provided a crucial gateway for suppliers to tap into the thriving outbound travel sector of both the UAE and Qatar.

The TBO Travel Business Show differentiates itself through a highly curated and exclusive format. The event is limited to just 25 exhibitors per city, ensuring targeted and quality conversations with a pre-selected audience. A key feature is the one-to-one, pre-scheduled meetings with over 300 hand-picked outbound agents per city, who are meticulously matched to exhibitor products, guaranteeing every interaction has genuine value.

Beyond the structured meetings, exhibitors gain significant visibility through complimentary brand add-ons, including product placement and prize sponsorships. The atmosphere on the show floor is kept high-energy and engaging, thanks to hourly giveaways for travel sellers that include luxury stay vouchers, iPhones, and other exclusive merchandise. This innovative model rewards participation for agents and provides enhanced visibility for suppliers throughout the day.

The value of the TBO Travel Business Show extends long after the event concludes. Through TBO Academy, exhibitors can maintain engagement with agents by offering targeted training and product knowledge. This initiative is designed to strengthen brand recall and drive future bookings, creating a sustainable partnership pipeline.

Attendance at both events was strictly by registration only, for both exhibitors and travel sellers, ensuring that the networking environment remains professional, productive, and focused on genuine business opportunities. With the demand for new and diverse global experiences on the rise, the TBO Travel Business Show is a crucial platform for travel professionals to connect, collaborate, and convert. Past participants have included high-profile brands such as Rail Europe, Kempinski Hotels and the tourism boards of Thailand, Spain, Germany, Seychelles, and Qatar.
