The Cluster2 Airports company, which operates 22 airports across various regions of Suadi Arabia, has been nominated for several categories in the Skytrax World Airport Awards, an international programme that evaluates airport service quality and passenger experience.
The participation in the programme aims to enhance operational performance and
improve the passenger experience, reflecting ongoing progress in airport
infrastructure and quality of life, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision
2030 to advance the aviation sector and boost the Kingdom’s position on the
global air transport map, reported SPA.
The company stressed that this recognition serves as an incentive to continue
achieving the highest standards of quality and operational excellence while
offering a distinctive travel experience that reflects Saudi Arabia’s
leadership in the aviation industry.
Skytrax, based in the UK, is an international organization that assesses the
quality of services and travel experiences at airports and airlines worldwide.
It issues annual rankings based on surveys
conducted with millions of travellers.
