THE Millennium Hotel Sharjah, the 259-room luxury hotel located at the banks of Khaled Lagoon in Sharjah has taken the next step to ultimate guest satisfaction with a new customer service centre, says a spokesman.

“Aside from various new projects in marketing, the property has not neglected its number one priority, customer service, reflected in the newly centre,” says general manager Ghassan Jaber.
Guest requests and suggestions will be handled directly through this  centre in order to avoid any delays and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. With a special key on each guest room telephone set, the customer is only one step away from getting the information he needs within split seconds.
“I believe that every traveller has experienced one or the other difficulty every now and then when it comes to special requests or information inquiries,” says Jaber.
“With a 24-hour customer service centre, we ensure that there will be no shortcomings whatsoever again when attending to a guest. Multi-lingual staff will ensure a smooth information process. Our guests are important to us and we want to make them feel that we spare no effort to make their stay unique and unforgettable.”
The property prides itself with being a pioneer in this regard when it comes to Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in the Middle East. “And there is more to come in terms of pioneering during 2006. This hotel is definitely one of those that it is worth keeping an eye out for,” says Jaber.
