
Rotana Hotels has opened its five-star property opening in Sharm El Sheikh, the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa.
“Rotana already runs three resorts in Egypt, two in Sharm El Sheikh and one in Hurghada, but the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa is the first five-star star resort property and will set the pace for Rotana’s expansion in Egypt,” said Selim El Zyr, President & CEO of Rotana Hotels. The Grand Rotana Resort & Spa is the newest property in Sharm El Sheikh, offering a unique coastline, embraced by the spectacular land and seascapes. The hotel boasts 559 luxurious rooms and suites, 45 Club Rotana Executive rooms and suites, nine villas with four and five bedrooms each, twice daily housekeeping service, including evening turndown service. There are rooms for people with special needs and high-speed internet connection is also available.
The Grand Rotana Resort & Spa also has a number of outlets. Ramses is the main restaurant of the hotel, Isis, set amidst the stunning decoration of the Grand Lobby, is a cosy lounge, Mezzaluna offers contemporary Italian cuisine, Sky Lounge is a magical majlis, Silk Road,the hotel’s signature restaurant, has three show kitchens, The Palms offers cocktails, cold beverages and light dishes throughout the day and, finally, there’s Pulse for party-goers.
