Shadi Refai has been appointed Cluster General Manager of Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait, Vignette Collection and an upcoming second hotel in Kuwait City. He brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience and most recently served as Hotel Manager at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
