Visit Qatar and the Professional Triathletes Organisation have confirmed that Lusail City will host the 2026 Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final for the second consecutive year following the successful debut edition in 2025.
Scheduled from December 10 -12, 2026, the endurance festival will feature professional and amateur races, including the Open T100 race, Sprint Triathlon, T100 Age Group World Championships, and community 1km and 5km runs.
The event forms part of the global 2026 T100 Triathlon World Tour, bringing leading triathletes to international destinations before concluding in Qatar.
Athletes will compete in the T100 format featuring a 2km swim, an 80km cycling course through Lusail, and an 18km run across Lusail Plaza and Boulevard. The championship will also include entertainment zones, wellness activities and family-friendly experiences, supporting Qatar’s position as a global sports tourism destination.
