Kureshi felicitated at global awards ceremony
Le Meridien Al Aqah announced that K Ismael Kureshi, Chef De Partie at Le Meridien Al Aqah, has been voted ‘Employee of the Year’ by the staff and management team at the hotel.
This is part of the hotels worldwide campaign on rewarding employees based on specific performance parameters. Robert Riley, Le Meridien’s chief operating officer, presented Kureshi with the award at a gala dinner at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris.
Award for Concorde El Salam Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh
Concorde El Salam Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh, bagged the coveted Golden Crystal award for achieving the high standards of hygiene and implementing the policies of Crystal programme, based on HACCP system. Samir Rashwan, general manager of the hotel, poses with the award along with his staff.
Conrad Cairo holds training workshop for staff
As part of Conrad Cairo’s ongoing development plan, the hotel’s training department recently organised a two-day training workshop for a group of executives and department heads. Run by the Institute of Quality Management-American University in Cairo, the programme tapped into how service quality relates to customer satisfaction and thus contributes to organisational success. Massias strikes the right chord at Concorde El Salam
Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo, in conjunction with the Future Girls for Development Association, held a charity concert at La Veranda starring famous singer Enrico Massias.
