THE region’s largest and most comprehensive facility for thalasso-therapy, Les Thermes Marins des Cascades, is set to open by the end of September at the Sheraton Soma Bay.
All through August, meanwhile, guests can take a specially put-together series of Chinese T’ai Chi sessions, taught by qualified T’ai Chi professional Gabriella Ceriani.
The hotel’s guests have immediate access to the thalasso-therapy centre, which features an 800 sqm aquatonic pool, fitness and nutrition programmes, a variety of hydrotherapy treatments, in addition to seaweed wraps, underwater massages, a sea mist room, beauty care and post-natal recuperation programmes.
