Buddha-Bar to debut hotel and floating residences on Dubai’s World Islands
Buddha-Bar Real Estate Development, exclusively managed by Yieldhaüs, has unveiled the design of the region’s first Buddha-Bar Hotel and Floating Residences on Dubai’s World Islands. The AED3 billion project will bring the brand’s signature blend of music, mood and design to an island setting for the first time, with completion slated for 2027.
The Buddha-Bar Hotel will feature 162 keys, including a dedicated floor of branded residences, infused with Far Eastern influences, Pacific Rim dining, curated soundscapes, and a spa offering Eastern-inspired rituals. Extending the experience, 24 Floating Residences will span three levels across 4,000 sq ft, combining rooftop decks, sea-level living spaces, and underwater bedrooms framed by coral gardens.
Anchoring the destination, Buddha-Bar Beach will serve as the social epicentre of The World Islands, blending barefoot luxury with Mediterranean chic. With infinity pools, cabanas, curated event lawns, and all-day dining that evolves into sunset DJ sets and late-night beach parties, the project promises a new dimension of sensory luxury and experiential living in Dubai.
