flyadeal, Saudi Arabia's fast-growing low-cost airline, has partnered with Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) to launch two travel fintech products – Cancel for Any Reason and Premium Disruption Assistance – on its booking channels. The airline is the first in the Kingdom to introduce these HTS solutions, reinforcing its customer-focused strategy.
Cancel for Any Reason offers flexibility on non-refundable fares by allowing cancellations up to 24 hours before departure, with travellers refunded 80 per cent or 100 per cent of the ticket cost. Premium Disruption Assistance helps passengers during disruptions. If a flight is delayed by two hours or cancelled on the day of travel, customers are notified and can rebook on any airline or claim a full refund.
