Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has introduced offers to Kuala Lumpur and selected Far-East destinations, eyeing the Eid holiday passengers. The offer is valid on round trip market fares on first, business and economy class of travel.
Passengers purchasing Malaysia Airline tickets on current market fares will get four free nights hotel accommodation in a 5-star hotel with daily buffet breakfast and return transfers when flying first or golden club class. Similarly, passengers buying economy class tickets will get two free nights hotel accommodation in a 4-star hotel with daily buffet breakfast and return transfers. "Malaysia Airlines has launched the packages well in advance so that the passengers, especially who travel with families and kids, get enough time to plan their Eid vacation", says Shaz Peshimam, sales and marketing manager, UAE and Gulf. These free offers on Malaysia Airlines, valid till December 18 2002, are for Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Penang or Langkawi, and any combination of these four destinations. Malaysia Airlines operates seven flights a week to Kuala Lumpur with convenient connections beyond Kuala Lumpur to destinations in the Far East, Australia, Japan, China etc. Malaysia Airline is the only airline that operates non-stop flights between Dubai and New York. Recently, Malaysia Airlines has also started Boeing-777 operations to Beirut from Dubai on a twice-weekly basis. They also operate twice-weekly flights to Karachi.
