Emaar Middle East has handed over 316 serviced apartments covering 11 floors of the huge Makkah Royal Clock Tower building.
The tower is topped by a 130ft clock, visible from 17km away, that announces daily prayer times, as well as a lunar observation centre and an Islamic Museum.
Located directly on the Haram Plaza, the residences are on the 30th to the 41st floors of the skyscrapers.
An Emaar Middle East spokesperson said, “Immediately available and ready to welcome residents, the Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah has a few more residential units that present an unprecedented opportunity to have a home in the Holy City of Makkah in a central location. Apart from the seamless hospitality service provided by Fairmont, investors also have the opportunity of offering the residences on a rental pool arrangement.”
Owners of the Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah have the convenience of accessing dedicated elevators, lobbies and private lounges.
The lounges are perfect for gatherings and business meetings; a la carte orders for food and beverages can be made from the cafes. A fully equipped business centre, prayer rooms, access to a luxury shopping mall with more than 4,000 outlets including globally renowned brands; an indoor café providing hot and cold beverages with a selection of snacks and canapés; and leisure facilities including a fitness centre, health club and kids club add to the lifestyle choices of the residents.
Emaar Middle East is also developing Jeddah Gate, a mixed use master-planned community in Jeddah; and Al Khobar Lakes, a luxury waterfront development in the Eastern Province.
