She brings over 23 years of HR experience across Oceania, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, leading people strategy, talent management and leadership development across the company’s growing portfolio. Estelle Chambost has been appointed Vice President, Learning & Development. She brings 27 years of hospitality experience and has been with Aleph Hospitality for over a decade, now leading strategy to build leadership pipelines and a strong learning culture. Marc Matar has been appointed Vice President, Food & Beverage. He brings 25 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on innovation, operational excellence and strengthening F&B performance across the portfolio. Abdellah Essonni has been appointed Regional Vice President for North Africa. He brings 35 years of experience across hospitality and real estate, overseeing regional operations, performance and expansion while driving partnerships and new agreements.
