Dubai’s outdoor season is returning this October, bringing a line-up of mountain escapes, family attractions, wildlife encounters, floral displays and multicultural entertainment as temperatures begin to cool.

Hatta is welcoming visitors for its ninth season, with Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas introducing Airstream-style accommodation in the Hajar Mountains.

Guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, stargazing and wellness activities.

New overnight options include restored vintage trailers and Premier Lodges with private plunge pools.

From October 7, Dubai Parks and Resorts will reopen for its new season, bringing together MOTIONGATE Dubai, Real Madrid World, LEGOLAND Dubai and The World of Riverland.

New activities include bowling and Lamborghini racing simulators, alongside dining, live entertainment and attractions for all ages.

Dubai Miracle Garden will return on October 8 for its 15th season. Spanning 72,000 square metres and featuring more than 150 million flowers, the attraction will showcase returning favourites including the Floral Castle, Heart Tunnel and Emirates A380, alongside new displays such as the Floating Lady.

Dubai Safari Park begins its eighth season on October 12, welcoming visitors to its 119-hectare wildlife destination.

New attractions include animals born during the previous season, including a southern white rhinoceros and a giraffe.

A new Royal Safari Experience will offer private four-hour guided visits for groups of up to 10.

Rounding out the October calendar, Global Village returns on October 14 for Season 31 under the theme “A More Wonderful World.”

The multicultural destination will feature international pavilions, dining, shopping, live performances, rides and games.

Last season showcased more than 90 cultures, over 3,500 retail outlets and up to 200 rides and games.

Together, the seasonal attractions offer GCC visitors a range of options for weekend getaways, family trips and evening outings.

With several major destinations reopening throughout October, Dubai’s cooler months are set to bring a renewed calendar of outdoor experiences across the city. -TTN
