Jazeera connects Kuwait to Mumbai, Delhi to India for KD10

PRIVATE airline Jazeera Airways is to begin direct flights to New Delhi and Mumbai from July 1 with fares starting from KD10 ($34.6) one-way (excluding taxes).

The expansion into the Indian subcontinent follows new additions of brand new aircraft to its Airbus A320 fleet scheduled for June and early July. With flights to the Indian subcontinent the eight-month old airline now services 10 destinations.
“We have crossed a major milestone in the development of Jazeera Airways with our expansion into India,” says chairman and CEO Marwan Boodai. “Travellers to India now too are free from the hassle of travel with other airlines. In short, we bring them freedom of travel and independence in planning.”
The Delhi flights will depart from Kuwait every Monday and Thursday at 21.55 and arrive in Delhi at 04.30 the next day. The return flight will leave Delhi every Tuesday and Friday at 05.20 and arrive in Kuwait at 07.05. The Mumbai flights will leave Kuwait every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 22.50 and arrive in Mumbai at 0.30 the next day. The return flights will leave Mumbai on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 06.15 and arrive in Kuwait 08.00.

Twice daily Dubai
In related news the airline will start flying to Kuwait twice a day on July 1, coinciding with the entry of brand new Airbus A320s into service.a
