The Westin Dublin provides a warm welcome to business travellers

THE Westin Dublin, the city’s most central luxury hotel, once the impressive head office of the Allied Irish Bank, provides an extensive range of different meeting and banqueting facilities and packages can be created on request.

A few steps from the elegant Trinity College, the Westin sits in the heart of Dublin. With its prime location, the hotel is also only minutes from the business district of the International Financial Services Centre and within easy access to the airport,
A major feature of the hotel is the magnificent Banking Hall, dating back to 1863, which serves as the main conference and banqueting room, accommodating up to 160 for a seated banquet. This has been restored to its original 19th century splendour. Opulent marble pillars, tall mahogany doorways and magnificent detailing on the walls and ceiling, together with state of the art technology, positions the venue as the most luxurious and unique ballroom in the city. Adjacent to The Banking Hall is a pre-function room, The Reserve.
The Hotel also offers seven conference and meeting rooms. Six rooms are situated on the mezzanine floor. The Teller Room, situated next to The Banking Hall, is a unique circular boardroom, formerly the bank manager’s office. All the meeting rooms include state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment including wired and wireless free internet access, video conferencing, satellite link capabilities, secretarial services and simultaneous translation services. The Business Centre is located on the mezzanine floor and the facilities are available 24 hours a day.
Guestrooms at the Westin offer the much acclaimed Heavenly Beds. The rooms are fully equipped with the latest in-room technology including internet access, fax data port for swift laptop connection and discreet laptop-sized safes in every room. The College Suite is the hotel’s impressive presidential suite and features ceiling-to-floor windows, its own private exercise room, a Nordic steam room and corner balconies with views of the city.
The hotel also offers a wide variety of exquisite F&B outlets. The Exchange restaurant is one of the most engaging dining experiences in the city centre. The Mint impresses with its island bar and is popular for both drinks and food and the Atrium Lounge with its magnificent glass roof lets you sit beneath clear skies by day and a canopy of stars at night.
