Sri Lankan Holidays package was recently launched in Muscat and the banner and brochure were unveiled. Mezoon Travel, who is the GSA for SriLankan Airlines and Sri Lankan Holidays, will operate these Holidays in Oman.
The Holidays cover a wide spectrum offering holidays from budget to luxury. For the first time a specific package has been introduced for the Oman market, disclosed Kaushal Seneviratne, regional manager for Middle East and Africa. With an added advantage of a partnership with Emirates, the airline has increased its frequency to various destinations. Kaushal said that the capacity in the Middle East region itself has gone up by 60 per cent in recent years.
The newly-launched packages include holidays to Sri Lanka, Maldives, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong that will be available through SriLankan Airline office as well as other travel agents. These packages include air-fare, return transfers from the airport to the hotel, accommodation with breakfast and at least one sightseeing tour. The brochure also includes special honeymoon and golf packages.
