At Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, luxury isn’t just a label – it’s a tradition of luxurious hospitality that has been honed across generations since the brand’s inception in Berlin in 1897.
Right from the first impression as one approaches the hotel on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah, to the last detail, Kempinski Palm Jumeirah leaves a mark of awe. The striking resort building with its western-facing façade overlooking the Arabian Gulf, weaves in the architectural styling of Roman and Greek grandeur with soaring columns and marble floors. Bathed in natural light, the opulent interiors of Kempinski Palm Jumeirah exude timeless grandeur. Vast, marble-clad halls open up beneath the glow of sparkling crystal chandeliers that light up ornate furnishing, creating an ambiance of a legendary era of extravagance yet up to date with modern technology and amenities. The first thing you’ll notice upon arrival is the Lady in Red–Kempinski’s signature host, there to guide you through, think of it as a curated welcome that reminds you why old-school hospitality still matters. Head to the pool. Fringed by palm trees and lush gardens, the 1,200-square-metre temperature-controlled pool at Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent offers year-round bliss. Sun loungers, shaded cabanas, massage chalets and a kids' pool cater to every mood, while the private beach–stretching 250 metres–invites guests to unwind, soak up the skyline, or dive into beachside sports. We loved the built in jacuzzi consoles in the open pool. Food is where Kempinski flexes, and rightly so. Brunello serves up Mediterranean elegance with an effortless confidence, while Villamoré gives you fresh seafood in a relaxed Mediterranean vibe. K-West Bar knows how to mix a drink that actually respects your time, and the Swim-Up Pool Bar understands that nothing should ever interrupt a sun-soaked moment. The resort complex has a sprawling lawn on its beach side – one that can host intimate social events or large corporate gatherings and still be tucked away in a corner. Beyond the pristine beach, gentle waves of the Palm lagoon greet the sun bathers. To step inside these rooms is to immerse yourself in the refined Italian opulence of a Francesco Molon-furnished suite, complemented by the exquisite Ferragamo amenities–crafted with sophistication and inspired by the essence of Tuscany. The regal décor pairs seamlessly with delicate floral accents, while elegant lamp furnishings lend a soft, inviting glow. The result? An atmosphere both lavish and intimate. We recommend the family suite for long stays. You’ll find space–not the kind that feels like an afterthought, but the kind that welcomes booking extensions. At 163 m², our two-bedroom suite felt like a haven of serenity, camouflaged in the shades of palm leaves. Balconies here aren’t mere decorative add-ons; they invite you to stretch out, sip a delicious beverage, and nibble on something invigorating while watching the gentle waves of the Arabian Gulf kiss the sand. Then there’s the kitchen, fitted with Siemens appliances and fine tableware from Villeroy & Boch– even if you’re not cooking, it’s nice to pretend you could whip up something sublime if the mood struck. Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah brings a touch of global expertise to Dubai’s wellness scene, with therapists flown in from its most prestigious properties. Luxury is taken a step further with the Cinq Mondes in-suite experience, ensuring guests can enjoy world-class treatments without leaving their suites. For those who prefer the open air, poolside massage sessions offer relaxation under the Dubai sun, blending indulgence with the soothing sounds of the sea.
