Dhiraj Kumar has been promoted to Director of Food & Beverage at Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa, Al Aqah Beach, moving up from the role of Assistant F&B. Kumar has more than 14 years of experience in the industry and started working in hotels in 2009.
