Nelson Riffard joins Fairmont Dubai as director of revenue management. In his most recent role as cluster revenue manager at the IHG Festival City in Dubai, he helped generate the highest Revenue Generation Index (RGI) since the opening. Riffard is an alumnus of Esthua Angers University in France.
