EARLIER this year, online accommodation provider roomsXML Solutions was awarded ISO 9001 : 2008 certification. It is the first such organisation in the world to be awarded this recognition.

This eliminates the confusion whilst booking a hotel; • Round-the-clock ph- one support with integrated online CRM;• High-resolution images, videos and 360-degree virtual tours; and • Ready XML integration across leading technology platforms.Summer bookings on the website have more than doubled during the same period last year, says Bang. “I believe it’s only going to improve once we become active in the Middle East markets. The ATM 2014 should be our launch pad.” roomsXML, working exclusively with the travel trade, has seen a year-on-year growth of more than 70 per cent over the last three years.
