Shangri-la Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri and Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi take home staff awards

The Shangri-La Hotel and Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi congratulated staff at the hotels for their achievements in the Guest Delight Program (GDP) in Shangri-La Hotel’s Al Nojoom ballroom. GDP is an incentive programme where team members who delight guests consistently during a specific month are identified to receive awards and prizes as a form of recognition for their efforts and hard work, aiming not only to honour these achievers but also to encourage their colleagues to do strive for the same.

This time, the hotel awarded a total of 24 Gold and 85 Silver Stars as well as 13 of the most coveted Diamond Star awards. The Diamond Star is given to those who have been consistently nominated for GDP awards within a year for at least eight months.
