Gewan Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its leadership team with two senior appointments across its UAE and Egypt operations. Amro Talaat’s role has been exapanded to Chief Executive Officer UAE & Egypt. He brings more than 15 years of hospitality and travel leadership experience. Previously, Talaat held senior positions at Nirvana Travel & Tourism and Rotana Hotels, overseeing commercial strategy and business development. Moutaz Nazzal has been promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He brings 20 years of hospitality management experience. Previously Group Director of Hotel Operations, Nazzal will oversee strategic, commercial, financial and operational performance across the Group’s hotel portfolio in the UAE and Egypt.
