A major Ukraine tour operator is aiming to expand its Middle East tourist market with its presence at the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai this year.
Pan Ukraine Company, which has been operating for the past seven years, will be present at the ATM for the second year in a row. "Middle East area is very strategic for Ukraine because of the big volume of tourists travelling all around the world," says Elena Povar, the company's incoming tour manager. "Ukraine has good tourism potential with its combination of moderate and subtropical climate, beautiful landscapes, European style capital and wonderful Black Sea resorts, rich culture traditions and generous people." Pan Ukraine will be promoting hunting tours to Ukraine where the hunting seasons are divided into periods for birds and animals. "We hope this year the event will be more successful for us as it will be our second experience at the ATM," said tour manager Povar. "We are sure to get more contacts at the exhibitions for incoming tourism to Ukraine and to have more people coming to our country: for business and for leisure, and, of course to have tourists to the Crimea region." Pan Ukraine has exclusive rights for regular flights to Istanbul, Turkey, which is thrice weekly and charter flights to Antalya (Turkey), Varna and Burgas (Bulgaria), Malta, Pula (Croatia), Hurgada (Egypt). The company covers both inbound and outbound travel and also offers cargo services to Ukraine.
