THE Spanish-based niche luxury travel operator Luxury Options and Desert Adventures will work together to jointly promote Dubai and the rest of the Gulf region to the public and travel trade in both Spain and Latin America.
With the partnership, designed to greatly enhance the image of Desert Adventures as the top innovator in tourism in the Gulf and Luxury Options as the leader in luxury travel in Spain, the companies have signed a letter of intent which will enable them to share important market resources and contacts as well as pooling their resources to exploit the relatively untouched Latin Markets, according to a statement.
The official signing will take place at the Dubai stand at the World Travel Market in London in November. The companies have scheduled their first event together at EIBTM where they will be on the Dubai Stand #A500.
“We wanted to start promoting Dubai with our Gulf Options brand to the Spanish-speaking world. We looked at all sorts of partners but after a long decision process, we decided on Desert Adventures. It is the best decision we could ever have taken. The service has been excellent and partly because of this, our ever expanding base of high end clients are constantly recommending us to their friends and associates,” said Nicholas Rhodes, president of Luxury Options.
Samir Tabbah, managing director of Desert Adventures continues, “We have long been interested in the Spanish and Latin American markets. We now have been working with Luxury Options for over a year and we are very happy with the relationship. Moving forward with them, we now have access to these markets a lot easier than starting off cold and it gives us partners on the ground. This is our tenth year anniversary and we are celebrating with the opening of these new markets.”
The companies also announced that they are working together on ground breaking event management software, which will provide real time web collaboration between suppliers, agents and clients. This will greatly enhance and improve the MICE services on offer and provide increased coordination across multiple time zones.
