EMIRATES Airline will participate in the World travel Market in London for the 18th year in a row with a brand new double-decker stand.

Covering an area of 123sqm, the new stand has been designed and executed for Emirates by Pulse.
On the stand throughout the show, four cabins crew will be on duty and the airline featured their new ICE (information/ communication/ enter-tainment) in-flight system, which has won several top international awards.
Also on the stand will be Emirates A340-500 first class mini-suite and for the first time, a lie-flat business class seat currently being in stalled in the airline’s Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Models of the new Emirates Marina Serviced Apartments & Spa in Dubai, to be launched officially in March 2007, and the Wolgan Valley Resort Motel in Australia will be displayed.
PC terminals will be available with web access to access Emirates’ UK consumer and trade websites – emirates.com/UK and ekagents.com/UK respectively.

TUNISIA
Emirates whose presence in Africa includes 82 weekly flights to 14 gateways in 12 countries, has now expanded its network with flights to Tunis, as of October 29. The company has named a new manager for Tunis, Badr Abbas. The airline’s new city office in Tunis will be situated in the upmarket Lac area and will be designed to echo the airline’s global standards for superior customer delivery.
Nasser bin Kherbash, senior vice president commercial operations Africa at Emirates, said: “The start of services to Tunis signals the strengthening of Emirates’ North African network, presently comprising Alexandria, Cairo, Casablanca and Tripoli.”Emirates will operate the modern wide-bodied, twin-aisle Airbus A330-200 aircraft to Tunis in three and two-class configurations.

AWARDS
Emirates recently notched up a hat trick of awards in the space of two weeks. The readers of Conde Nast Traveller (UK) magazine voted it Favourite Business Airline, while the readers of Business Traveller UK and Business Traveller Asia/Pacific  chose to name it Best Middle Eastern airline and Best Middle East/Africa airline respectively.
