MARKING the next phase on the Muscat Golf Course Project, an official signing ceremony recently took place in the presence of HH Sayyid Kais Bin Tarik Al Said, the promoter of this project.
Signatories present included architects, financial and legal consultants, accountants, engineering consultants, golf course designers, golf course contractors, surveyors and real estate agents.
Charles Rowe, project director, explained that the development will combine the calm of a country life environment with all the amenities of town living. “Although the Muscat Golf & Country Club is just a short drive from some of the most up-to-date and modern shopping and leisure malls, the development will be a sanctuary, with open views and cool breezes, a tranquil escape from the modern Muscat of today and only a few minutes from the airport.” he said. He added that the PGA 18-hole green golf course will be designed and built to exacting international standards, the first in Oman and a boost to Oman’s tourist aspirations.
