IHF attracts 6,000 visitors

THE fourth edition of the International Hospitality Forum enabled the creation of business networking between the hospitality and hotel business industry in the region and in Jordan, said event organizers Hospitality Services, Lebanon, and Events Unlimited Jordan.

The event attracted the participation of 120 Arab and international companies and saw 6,000 visitors attend.
The Forum included an international trade exhibition of hotels and restaurant equipments and services and was marked by the participation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK, the US, South Africa, Switzerland, Germany, France, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt.
The latest goods and services were exhibited and the Kingdom hotel services sector proved to be in line with international standards. The displayed goods and services included hotel tools, equipments and technology, as well as furniture, decoration, place settings and professional outfitss. The Forum hosted 12 competitions for “the best cook” in Jordan and scholarships were granted to the winners in order to enable them to participate in the training sessions organised by the best Swiss institutes specialising in this field. These training sessions will enhance the capabilities of Jordanian cooks and will give them the opportunity to learn from the expertise of European cooks.
