Sharjah-based Air Arabia has opened its first travel shop in Abu Dhabi.

“As the capital city and commercial centre, Abu Dhabi is an important market for us where we wish to offer our customers the airline’s package of services to various destinations,” said Shaikh Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Thani, the chairman of Air Arabia. Air Arabia plans to extend its new coach service to Abu Dhabi for travel to Sharjah and back.  The airline currently has a fleet of three A320 aircraft and plans to add more to fly more destinations by the end of the year.
