Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah to open in Q3

Share

Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is poised to become the city’s leading leisure hotel when it opens in the third quarter of this year.

Hilton Hotels and Resorts’s latest hotel in Dubai will be a unique addition to the vibrant Palm West Beach destination and offer sunset views over the Palm Cresent, Ain Dubai and Dubai Marina skyline.

The premium property boasts 608 luxurious guestrooms and suites, each with a private balcony. The beachfront hotel comes with the eforea Spa, a variety of ten dining experiences, and intuitive Hilton service coupled with a wealth of leisure and business facilities.

PERFECT LOCATION
Spearheading the opening is seasoned hotelier Andreas Searty, Managing Director. In an interview with TTN, he says, “Palm Jumeirah is one of those trendy destinations that have a variety of different accommodation options. Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, when it opens, will also be a little bit different. It will stand out in its look and feel a guest’s point of view.

“Guests can stay on the Palm Jumeirah and enjoy the facilities around the property but at the same time being so close to Dubai, they can then visit all the attractions available is the city.”

“Hilton Honors Diamond members will have complimentary upgrades to one of our top suites. They will have access to the Executive Lounge, which is very generously built, to say the least”

A dedicated and driven leader, Andreas, who speaks fluent English, Arabic and German, was most recently overseeing Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk where he won Hilton EMEA General Manager of the Year in 2020. He created and implemented several hotel initiatives that led to the cluster being one of the most profitable in the region.

“Our commercial side is clustered, everything else is dedicated. The idea behind the cluster is obviously to be more efficient and effective to the client. If there is a request of a higher category or lower category or some sort of requirements for groups to be accommodated, we have over three options available: Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk.

PREMIUM FACILITIES
“Hilton Honors Diamond members will have complimentary upgrades to one of our top suites. They will have access to the Executive Lounge, which is very generously built to say the least. The Executive Lounge has its own internal meeting room, when guests want to meet somebody casually, there’s also a small lounge. Expect all the bells and whistles: from having a large balcony with stunning views to top notch food and beverage offerings.

With 10 different outlets, the key focus is obviously going to be the residents living in Dubai. “At the same time, we will be looking at leisure and business both. We are looking at Mice groups, business groups, meetings, conferences. We are looking at small groups and medium to big ones as we have the inventory.

“None of the guests staying with us – no matter how long they stay – will need to leave the hotel for anything. They will have all the amenities, all the food and beverage variety available within the property that they can possibly need. Meetings and conference facilities etc will be available side by side with beach access for leisure, so they can combine leisure with business. Not every hotel has got that privilege or that capability to offer,” he says.

The soon-to-launch property will offer contemporary rooms, ten distinct culinary outlets with exceptional menus and experiences, an exclusive private stretch of the Palm West Beach along with state-of-the-art facilities including the award-wining eforea Spa, meeting and events spaces, and a dedicated kids’ club.
