Seventeen department heads and staff members attended the sessions of the Mövenpick Induction Training Program organised by the Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain between October 22 and October 24, 2003.

The intensive programme introduced all participants to the history, mission, strategies and goals of the Mövenpick group. Conducted by area training manager for the Middle East, Nabil Samuel, the programme was interactive and utilized a combination of slide presentations and role plays to communicate the core values followed at all Mövenpick Hotels.

Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain’s general manager, Frank Reichenbach said, “The induction program is a crucial stepping stone for every new Mövenpick employee. It ensures that every member of our team begins his career with us on a sound and firm footing.”

“It is the most comprehensive program of its kind that I have ever come across,” said Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain’s Training Manager, Sangita Chaubal. “It gives us a strong sense of identity with the Mövenpick group and instills great confidence in each of us,” said Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain’s Front Office Manager, Bassem Fattouh.
