A group of Kuwaiti investors have invested Dh30 million in their second hotel in Dubai after the success of their first venture, the Delmon Hotel in Deira.
Dubai-based Arab Tourism Company will manage the new 126-room Highland Hotel in Bur Dubai — previously Arif Castle Hotel.
Kuwait-based Al Obaid Group of Companies owns Arab Tourism.
Arab Tourism managing director Ibrahim Hussain, said the Highland Hotel would be marketed as a corporate hotel. It will have a separate entrance to its four clubs.
