The DTCM has launched the 2003 edition of a French language version of 'Destination Dubai'. The publication is a trade manual for the travel professionals. DTCM has printed 10,000 copies, which are now available at the head office in Dubai.
"Destination Dubai is DTCM's premium publication for the international travel trade," stated Mohamed Khamis bin Hareb, director operations and marketing at DTCM. "It provides extensive information about the emirate's tourism facilities and services and offers overseas tour operators all the information they need to put together a Dubai package from every corner of the world," he said. The 2003 edition has been produced on glossy art paper with perfect binding and sports a new look with a change in layout and design. The publication covers all essential data on travel and tourism in the emirate, including information on airlines, sightseeing, tours, safaris, sports facilities, shopping, dining, entertainment and hotels. There is also a section detailing important aspects of travel to Dubai including information on the region's history, culture, population, visa and customs regulations, health requirements, climate, clothing and lifestyle.
