Ritz-Carlton Bahrain to host Arabal 2004

The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel and Spa was recently confirmed as the venue for Arabal 2004, which is being organised by Bahrain's aluminium industry.

The event will take place on April 19-21, 2004 under the patronage of His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.

The organising committee of Arabal 2004 consisting of Alba, Balexco, Garmco, Midal Cables, Bahrain Atomisers International (BAI) and a representative from the Ministry of Oil has been established and, after careful consideration, has selected The Ritz-Carlton as the preferred venue.

More than 600 delegates from all over the world are expected to attend the conference and exhibition, which is hosted biennially in turn, by Kuwait, UAE, Egypt and Bahrain.

The last event was held in Dubai, UAE in 2001.

According to the arabal organising committee, an exciting combination of global experts has been invited to speak at the event under the theme 'Critical Issues, Global Trends and Drivers'.

At the same time an international exhibition of industry specialists will run alongside the conference.
