According to Major General Mohammed Hussain Ali, head of the Sports Committee of Dubai Shopping Festival, the DSF Sports calendar will see several developments in the coming month in preparation for the eighth Dubai Shopping Festival.
The highlight will be the collection of the best ten leagues of Judo practitioners who will compete on the same platform, from all over the world in the UAE. This event will be telecast on leading sports network channels in Europe and the region. A Football Championship will also be organized with former superstars from Latin America, Europe and the United Kingdom. Women's Sports will be specially emphasized with Shooting Championships, Bicycle racing Competitions etc. Bodybuilding and weight lifting championships are a part of the calendar.
