Hertz has signed a three-year agreement with the UK's leading golf agency, GBG Golf Holidays, to be the company's preferred car rental supplier.
GBG Golf has been operating in golf tours for more than 15 years, specialising in primary destinations throughout Spain, Portugal, France, Ireland, and the UK. As part of the agreement, Hertz is also the major sponsor of the GBG National Matchplay Championships, the UK's main amateur golf event, which is now in its 9th year, with the Grand Finals played on Portugal's Algarve. Allison Graham, national account manager for Hertz UK said: "We are delighted to have signed with GBG, to complete the tour packages on offer alongside some of Europe's most prestigious hotels. We have always held affiliations with the Golfing community in the UK and it's exciting to now branch out across Europe."
