Travel with the kids this fall

THE weather is cooling down, but the savings are heating up at Millennium Hotels and Resorts. To celebrate the season, Millennium hotels across the US are offering a Fall Into Autumn package with 10 per cent off best flexible rates, 10 per cent off food and beverage and complimentary Wi-Fi.

With key locations in cities from Chicago and Los Angeles to Nashville and Minneapolis and rates starting at $99 per room per night ($199/night in gateway cities), travellers are invited to embrace the change of season and Fall Into Autumn (valid until November 30).

Parents can make their fall stay extra special for little ones with the Ask Alfred Children’s Concierge programme, featuring the signature Alfred bear as part of a custom-designed children’s amenity kit, in partnership with leading toy company Melissa & Doug and organic candy maker Surf Sweets. For an additional $15 per child, kids will receive a cinch backpack filled with goodies. Millennium will donate $2 from each Ask Alfred amenity sold to The Dream Factory, which grants the dreams of critically and chronically ill children.

TRUMP LAS VEGAS

The Trump International Hotel Las Vegas has introduced a new Glamping (glamorous camping, minus the hardships usually involved) package for families who wish to experience luxury camping. The year-round package includes two nights in a penthouse suite, and all of the amenities needed to create an unforgettable indoor camping experience.

Children will snuggle up in luxurious Trump Kids monogrammed sleeping bags and tents provided by Marmot, the maker of high-end outdoor clothing and gear, while enjoying delicious finger food personally delivered by a hotel chef. DISNEY IN ORLANDO

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has launched a new overnight package that includes Walt Disney World park tickets. 

A four-night stay includes two days of park admission; a five-night stay includes three days of park admission; a six-night stay includes four days of park admission and a seven-night stay includes five days of park admission.

This package ensures guests have the flexibility of choosing which parks they would like to experience, while also allowing for two days of free time to enjoy the amenities of the resort, the Downtown Disney area and more. Additional tickets, or Park Hopper upgrades, can easily be added to the guests’ ticket arrangements through the Resort’s lobby level Disney Planning Centre.
