TRAVELPORT gave participants at Arabian Travel Market 2010 the opportunity to make a difference at its ‘Together, Let’s Lend a Hand’ mural in support of the Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs.
Located in the main concourse hall, the colourful mural attracted much attention, with droves of visitors lending a hand for a great cause. At the end of ATM, Travelport presented the canvas to the directors of the training centre, along with a corporate contribution.
“The Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs does fantastic work and we thought that it would be great to leverage a high-profile event like ATM to give something back to the local community,” said Travelport’s Middle East VP Rabih Saab. “It has been great to mobilise the travel industry’s support around such a worthy cause.”
