BRITISH Airways – operator of 28 weekly flights from the UAE to London Heathrow – has implemented a new feature on ba.com that allows UAE customers to book a complete holiday package from thousands of options online, saving time and money.
The new application will provide a more streamlined, flexible travel experience, plus and bookings are fully ATOL (Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing) protected.
Robert Boyle, British Airways director of strategy and business units said that the new feature – called dynamic packaging was “simple and easy to use and allows us to offer a new range of exciting hotel, car rental and tourist experiences packaged together at better prices than ever before”.
“For example, if you and your partner would like a quick getaway this summer, we are offering a three night stay in London from just Dh5,744, including flights and three nights hotel accommodation for both passengers.”
For this offer accommodation including breakfast is at the four star Thistle City Barbican and is based on two adults sharing a standard room. Return flights are with British Airways in Euro Traveller/World Traveller (economy) class including all taxes, fees and surcharges.
The offer is available to book on ba.com for selected travel dates in August or September this year. Prices vary, depending on departure date, hotel selected and room type.
Customers can adjust their search results based on price, type of hotel and location and compare their top three choices.
They can also choose their hotel direct from a Microsoft map.
Among the 4,000 hotels involved are Marriott, InterContinental, Sheraton, and Hilton plus an extensive choice of independent hotels; 3,000 ‘experiences’ ranging from cultural sightseeing trips to action packed adventures; and Avis car rental and fly drive packages.
Other benefits are available to Executive Club members.
