THE Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi recently launched six luxurious villas, each with its own individual style and décor.
Situated next to the sea with a private swimming pool and extensive terraces for each villa, the living space is 600 sq m. The villas are ideal for meetings, events or for social engagements. The villas also have separate living rooms, kitchens and spacious bathrooms.
Each villa is unique in design, with themes reflecting Asian, Arabic and contemporary styles. The villas are available for short and long term rental. Some villas boast of additional facilities including a private cinema, a study or a bar.
Also, new to the Qaryat Al Beri project is the Souk at Qaryat Al Beri, which opened its doors to the public in November 2008. Shops at the Souk range from fashion apparel to laundry to restaurants and bars.
In addition, the Shangri-La Residences were also launched late 2008 and are located next to the Souk. From studio to four bedroom units, each serviced apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, LCD televisions, DVD player and luxurious furniture. The apartments range from 46m2 for a studio apartment up to 232m2 for a four bedroom apartment.
Shangri-La Residences will be available for both short and long term bookings.
