AL Murooj Rotana Dubai is this summer offers a specially designed meeting package priced at Dh170 net per person for groups of 10 and above participants.
The offer includes a full day’s use of one comfort meeting room, individual stationery kit, mint candies, sparkling and mineral water, standard AV equipment including screen, LCD projector or OVP, flipchart with markers, personalise conference support, all day coffee, tea and juices, plus snacks and fruits, an international buffet lunch inclusive of soft drink, mineral water, coffee and tea.
Small groups can use an Al Aweer meeting room equipped with projection screens, LCDs, microphones, overhead projector, slide projector, laptop computer connection, PA sound system, stage, video conferences and wireless internet connection.
Larger events can be held in the Al Yasat Ballroom, which features direct access to natural day light and a waterfall view. The ballroom can be subdivided into five meeting rooms and has a separate access located at the lower lobby level. There is also a 550 sq m marbled pre-function area with majlis facilities.
The outdoor pool side can also be used for hosting dinner and cocktail receptions for up to 150 guests.
